Croquembouche

"Symbol of celebration, abundance and sharing, the Croquembouche has for centuries held a place of honor at French weddings."

At Marie-Thérèse, each tower is created to be much more than a dessert: an extension of the party decoration and the couple's personality, thought out in detail to integrate harmoniously into the celebration's atmosphere.

Each creation is developed in a personalized way, respecting the aesthetics, colors and identity visual of each wedding, transforming a moment of cut into a truly unforgettable memory. A Marie-Thérèse makes towers of Croquembouche from North to South of the country, for orders from 120 choux (approximately 35 people).

Sweet Tables & Candy Cart

Marie-Thérèse creates sweet corners for weddings and events, designed to complement the party decoration in an elegant, delicate and contemporary way. Available with or without our candy cart, each composition includes a selection of artisanal miniatures decorated in a personalized way, following the theme, color palette and visual identity of the event.

Éclairs, choux buns, swans, duchesses and chouquettes are part of the creations that compose each table, always with a careful eye on the details, flowers and color harmonies. The service can also include table styling, creating a careful and fully integrated presentation in the atmosphere of the celebration.

03. LIVE EXPERIENCE

It’s Choux Time!

More than a dessert, 'It's Choux Time!' transforms the assembly of the Croquembouche into a true moment of live entertainment.

Coming directly from the backstage to the center of the celebration, the tower is finished in front of the guests, creating an unexpected, elegant and memorable moment. Between the glow of the caramel, the last details and the curiosity of the guests, an experience invited everyone to follow closely the construction of a unique and ephemeral piece.

THE CARAMEL CUTTING AND PLATING SERVICE IS NOT INCLUDED, BUT CAN BE ADDED UPON PRIOR CONSULTATION.

04. Education & Sharing

Workshops & Team Buildings

Marie-Thérèse organizes workshops and team building experiences dedicated to the universe of choux pastry and Croquembouche, designed for moments of sharing, creativity and celebration. The experiences take place in our private atelier, in Charneca da Caparica, for groups up to 10 people, in an intimate and inspiring environment.

For larger groups, there is also the possibility of conducting the workshops in external spaces, adapting each experience to the context and dimension of the event. Ideal for birthdays, bachelorette parties, events for companies or work teams, the workshops combine technique, creation and tasting. Sparkling wine and chouquettes always accompany the moment.
